&lt;p&gt;It wasn’t a horrible day full of bad events. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It was a day where very little went right. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Brandie and I met for cardio in the morning since we are 15 days out from her competing in the pro show. We were both cranky pandas and lethargic as all hell. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Afterward my schedule was rushed and packed and I had zero time to eat&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I kept running behind and just could NOT focus. It was awful. We had work issues and people fighting and it was not a smooth day&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;However…&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;- my hair looked good and I felt good self esteem wise&lt;br/&gt;
- Brandie made my day with her excitement&lt;br/&gt;
- I got to train my favourite girls&lt;br/&gt;
- food was not horrible&lt;br/&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I am honestly sick and tired of people and their goddamn opinions on every aspect of my life.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Did I ask what you think?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;No? Then feel free to keep it to yourself and back right off&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;All that you managed to accomplish is make me super insecure about my body (AGAIN) and ruined my workout. Oh and made me think in crazy for being a fucking understanding human being who has empathy for people she loves. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Please take your toys and play elsewhere. Our playdate is over until you learn manners and how to be a nice person&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Still doing prep. I was stuck for a bit but it&amp;#8217;s finally moved and I feel like I see progress&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Still training Brandie for the OPA show at the end of the month. She&amp;#8217;s killing it and I have no doubt will place&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I left LA Fitness and am now full time at my own company, WonderFit Inc. I have a solid schedule with 3 girls doing competition prep&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I&amp;#8217;m still running German Volume but I&amp;#8217;ve modified it a bit to work on my weaknesses (hamstrings, glutes, lats and delts)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Food and water has been perfect&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Going to a cottage next weekend with some girls&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Still considering myself unavailable in terms of dating. This won&amp;#8217;t be changing any time soon&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I&amp;#8217;ve been slacking on cardio. HARD.&lt;/li&gt;
