Holy crap today was crazy.

1. Scores are up for OPA girls that competed a week and a half ago (where my girl places 2nd). She missed first place by ONE point!!! This is amazing! We have provincials in 5 weeks and I have no doubt that she will place first
2. I love that I can give a very technical description of my workout program and my best friend knows exactly what I’m talking about
